Emelyn helps women rediscover their body’s intrinsic motivation toward balanced eating with personalized holistic nutrition plans that remove stringent food rules and strengthen mindful awareness.

Emelyn is an HAES (Health at Every Size) practitioner who incorporates the framework of Intuitive Eating to help clients shift away from chronic dieting, body

shame and weight-centric thinking toward body respect, self trust, hunger-fullness attunement, and flexible eating styles that support every aspect of the individual and make room for a wide variety of foods, (including dessert.)
