Our team of skilled, heart-centered practitioners will guide you through daily workshops in yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic healing, art-making, and intuitive eating while we enjoy vibrant, chef-prepared meals from the farm garden, magical forest walks, and glorious views from the salt water pool.
